PDP: How Prince Uche Secondus became the National Chairman

The election held on Saturday at the national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) produced Prince Uche Secondus as the National Chairman of the party. In all, the ballot papers were put at 2,351 while 55 was declared invalid.
It was a landmark victory for Prince Uche Secondus beating his fellow contestant with 2000 votes in contrast to the 230 votes earned by his close rival who came second , Prof. Tunde Adeniran while, Prof. Taoheed Adedoja had no votes and Dr.Raymond dokpesi became third with 66 votes.
